Our very own Chef Will Muncey, Chef John Hybl, and Deborah Dacunzo of Canteen's Northeast Division Dining team recently led a cooking demonstration for Covenant House participants, local youth ages 18 - 21 who have moved out of shelters into transitional housing. The team believed hosting this demonstration would be a great opportunity to teach participants a basic life skill, while making a delicious and nutritious budget-friendly meal.
