As we continue celebrating women's History Month, we'd like to shoutout the certified women-owned @progeny_coffee and the amazing work they do with and for farmers.
Co-founder Maria Palacio is a fifth-generation Columbian coffee farmer and knew firsthand how difficult it was to maintain a living through coffee. When she came to the U.S. and saw coffee shops selling cups of coffee for more than $5, she knew she had to do something to help her community back home. She brought co-founder John Trabelsi to Colombia and the two created a high-end customer experience that takes care of its farmers.
