If you recently received a letter in the mail or a pre-recorded message from the FCC, it means that you did not pass the automated eligibility check and will need to recertify in order to continue to receive your ACP benefit. Don’t wait! You only have 60 days from the specified date on your letter to complete the recertification or you will be de-enrolled from the program.
