Stay seamlessly connected with the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP)! If you need a boost with your ACP eligibility recertification process, don’t worry - we're here to assist you. Here are three key points to keep in mind: 1) If you've passed the automated check, no action is needed to keep enjoying ACP benefits. 2) If you've got a recertification notice from the FCC, that means you didn’t pass the automated check and you've got 60 days to renew before any changes. Look out for reminders during these 60 days, and remember you can recertify online, by mail, or through the IVR (if listed). 3) If you signed up through an ISP or school and got a recertification note from them, you will have to follow up with them directly to recertify your ACP benefit.
