• Online: Head to AffordableConnectivity.gov, follow the steps, and get instant results.
• By Mail: Complete the ACP Recertification Form (English or Spanish) and mail it to USAC, ACP Support Center, P.O. Box 9100, Wilkes-Barre, PA 18773.
• IVR (if listed on your letter): call (877) 384-2470, use your Application ID, follow the prompts for a 10-minute process, and know your result immediately.
