Winter break often means a break from our regular routines. The @American Academy of Pediatrics, California Chapter 3’s Healthy Development Services program is offering some tips to get back on track and help our kids return to their routines. One of our favorite bedtime routines is easy to remember and comes from our @Reach Out and Read San Diego program: Brush, Book, Bed!
