Today, the National Partnership for Student Success released a new brief: Addressing Lost Instructional Time: Accelerating Learning and Thriving, which provides an overview of the initiative, and how it is approaching the challenge of accelerating learning and supporting students to recover from the impacts of the pandemic and thrive. This brief describes NPSS' five key student support roles (tutors, mentors, post-secondary transition coaches, student success coaches, and wraparound/integrated student support coordinators) and the ways in which people in these roles will support academic recovery.
