Eligible infants & toddlers in IL are spending too much time on waiting lists for Early Intervention (EI) services! Our state needs to increase EI services to more young children and boost provider support. With increased funding, IDHS would increase provider rates by at least 10%, taking a crucial step towards improving our EI system for our infants & toddlers!
