Accessing Gender-Affirming Care Survey
We’re helping spread the word about a community survey gathering experiences from Trans, Gender-Diverse, and Intersex (TGI) people to better understand the barriers that patients are facing when trying to access gender-affirming care.
The survey can be completed anonymously, but participants may provide contact information if they want support navigating insurance coverage, care denials, or for additional support.
The survey is available in English and Spanish (select “Español” in the top-right corner).
