California’s state parks are home to some of our most iconic species — from western monarch butterflies clustered in the groves at Pismo State Beach to ancient Joshua trees standing resilient in Arthur B. Ripley Desert Woodland State Park. But climate change, habitat loss, and pollution continue to threaten these species and the ecosystems they depend on. This #GivingParksday, I’m joining in because, we all have an opportunity to make meaningful impact.
