Before the pandemic, 4 in 10 CSU students faced food insecurity, & 1 in 10 experienced homelessness. Last year, thanks to the CARES Act, CSU distributed $263 million in direct student aid. Still, w/o a permanent #EmergenCAid solution, student basic needs will continue to go unmet.
