Health Center by Phone (Chipatala cha pa Foni, CCPF in Malawi) is one of the first government-run, nationwide hotlines in Africa. Following its transition to the @Ministry of Health Malawi in 2020, CCPF has become a crucial part of the national health system and the government’s Health Sector Strategic Plan.
CCPF continues to expand, with @VillageReach, @AirtelMalawiPlc, Viamo, donors and other partners committed to continuing the partnership with the Ministry of Health, including technology upgrades and the integration of Artificial Intelligence into Health Center by Phone to meet greater demand and to detect disease outbreaks.
