🌳 Australia's first Trees Scorecard by @WWF-Australia shows how each state and territory is performing in the race to protect and restore trees.
Sitting at the bottom of the leaderboard are New South Wales and Queensland, with South Australia claiming the top spot. But looking at the scores, there are many improvements to be made.
Australia is a deforestation hotspot with the highest rate of deforestation in the developed wold.
The good news is that there are plenty opportunities for this leaderboard to change. Will your state or territory lead the way?
