The Hollywood Commission has developed this Toolkit to promote safe, equitable, and harassment-free workplaces. Changing the culture isn’t just about what employers can do. It’s also about workers having a shared expectation of what systems should be and are in place to prevent discrimination and harassment.
Preventing and responding to discrimination, harassment, bullying and retaliation in the production environment requires significant resources – time, people and budget. Our goal in preparing this toolkit is to ensure that, no matter the size of the production, leadership has access to state-of-the-art practices, resources and guidance, including a sample policy to promote safe, equitable and harassment-free workplaces.
