The Martin Luther King Jr. Legacy of Service campaign salutes those who fought, and continue to fight, for equality and justice both in and out of uniform. During the month of January, service platoons across the country will organize service events that exemplify the values Dr. King championed, honor his legacy, and tackle the challenges our communities are facing like never before. We continue to serve because there is still work to be done, please join us!

Every April, we celebrate service and sustainability as part of the Earth Month: Rooted in Service campaign. It is a crucial month for volunteerism, which provides our mission with many opportunities to impact our communities through veteran-led service. As we gear up for Earth Day, National Volunteer Week, and National Volunteer Month, we’re fueled by the belief that together, we can make a world of difference.
Join us on the frontlines of service as we stand shoulder to shoulder with veterans, volunteers and our local partners. Throughout the month, we’ll be engaging in impactful projects in communities nationwide, leaving lasting footprints of compassion and resilience.
Don’t let this opportunity pass you by. Whether it’s lending a hand on Earth Day, committing to a week of service during National Volunteer Week, or immersing yourself in the transformative experience of volunteering all month long, the time to act is now. Together, let’s sow the seeds of change and cultivate a future defined by compassion, sustainability, and shared purpose.

This year marks 23 years since the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001. The Mission Continues is calling on veterans to stand united and serve in their community. Our Service Platoons across the country have organized service projects for veterans and local volunteers to come together, make an impact in their community, and honor those who served and sacrificed in the wake of 9/11.

This day officially marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11.
We're extending beyond Veterans Day and dedicating the whole month to honor the sacrifices our veterans have made with their time in service. Join us this November to give back to the local communities that have welcomed our veterans home.
With the help of dedicated community partners, selfless sponsors, and volunteers from every corner of this nation, our veterans are honoring Veterans Day by continuing to serve right here at home. Through this service, these veterans are finding purpose, connectedness, and growth while assisting our country’s under-resourced communities.
This year, the work continues, and our veterans are choosing to report for duty in our communities. The mission is clear, and we need you to join us for Veterans In Service, this November.
