The Washington State Health Care Authority (HCA) and the Washington State Department of Health (DOH) partnered to develop Not A Moment Wasted, a campaign aimed at increasing awareness among young adults about the risks and consequences of using alcohol and cannabis while promoting healthy strategies to help them cope with stress, anxiety, and social pressures.
