WHAT MISSOURIANS NEED TO KNOW
Missouri voters took to the streets and fought back after Missouri Republicans answered the call from DC to rig Missouri elections. A coalition of Democrats, Independents and Republicans gathered over 305,000 signatures to force the DC power grab to a vote of the people.
Politicians, including Attorney General Catherine Hanaway and Secretary of State Denny Hoskins have been doing everything they can to avoid a vote of the people. They have sued, delayed and lied to the media in order to sow confusion. But their time has run out. Our referendum has never lost in court and we are finally entering the last phase of litigation in August.
Once the Supreme Court certifies the referendum as sufficient, it will be placed on the November ballot as Proposition A. The people will get the final decision by voting NO on Proposition A and rejecting the politician gerrymander.

SOS Denny Hoskins' reasoning for not certifying the PNP referendum depends on an opinion from the unelected AG, Catherine Hanaway. But the AG's own website says that AG opinions aren't law, so they know posturing her misleading opinion is deceitful and won't hold up in court.
