Use this Toolkit to Raise Awareness About the Tech on Wheels Program and Affordable Internet Plans in Riverside County.
The Tech on Wheels program is a new county initiative funded by the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA). Its mission is to deliver free essential technology services directly to Riverside County residents. Beginning in late January 2025, two Tech on Wheels vans will travel to neighborhoods in Moreno Valley, Hemet, Beaumont, San Jacinto, Banning, Calimesa, and surrounding areas!

Affordable Internet Plans
Riverside County residents have access to several affordable internet plans. To qualify, households must meet criteria set by their chosen service provider, such as income limits or participation in programs like NSLP, Medi-Cal, WIC, and others.
AT&T and Frontier customers may also qualify for additional discounts through the FCC's Lifeline program. Enrolled customers can receive up to $9.25 off their monthly internet service. Learn more and enroll at Lifelinesupport.org or by contacting your internet service provider.
