These resources were developed to support state Medicaid agencies in communicating clearly and consistently with enrollees about the implementation of work reporting requirements under H.R.1. States can use these resources to develop communications materials that build trust and reduce confusion during ongoing developments and policy transitions.
These resources were developed to support states in recruiting new members to their Beneficiary Advisory Council (BAC) under the Ensuring Access to Medicaid Services final rule. These materials may be used to educate potential members about the BAC and encourage their participation. States may visit shvs.org to download additional materials on how to communicate about the BAC to internal audiences.
